We are hiring Surveyors
Required qualifications 🛠️
In order to be successful for this role, you will be required to hold a degree or level 6 diploma in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited preferred).
You should have proven experience in building surveying, including strong knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
Experience
At least 2–3 years of Experience in Residential Building Surveying or similar Roles (e.g., carrying out Homebuyer Reports, Condition Surveys, or Structural Assessments).
Familiarity with UK Building Regulations, Property Law, and Planning Guidelines.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Residential Property Inspection, Defect diagnosis, and Report writing (e.g., RICS Level 2 or 3 Surveys).
Software Skills:
Familiarity with surveying tools.
Strong understanding of Building Regulations, Construction Materials, and Methods.
Additional Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Party Wall legislation, Leasehold Enfranchisement, and Dilapidations.
Experience with Retrofit Assessments and Energy Performance (e.g., PAS 2035 standards).
Other Requirements
Full UK driving licence (if site visits are required).
Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills for liaising with Clients and preparing Reports.
Strong problem-solving Skills and Attention to Detail.
Open to the usage of Social Media to grow our Brand and build up reputation in your local Market.
